Laughter rang out continuously throughout the sunny June wedding day, when it comes to weddings there is a multitude of sweet moments that catch my breath. Cody and Jessica's wedding added an element that could make even the hardest heart weep with love. 

When I first spoke with Jessica, She told me how much Cody's daughter Lia means to her and of course Cody. Jessica wanted to make sure that Lia was very much a part of all things involving the wedding. In fact, she stated that It wasn't just their wedding but Lia's too.

Saturday, June 26th was part of a long record-breaking heat for this area. We lucked out and even though it was very hot, there was a breeze that helped to cool things down. This helped to make it a beautiful wedding day.

Everyone was in good spirits and so excited that the day had arrived.  Hannah Lien the makeup artist had just finished artfully applying Jessica's makeup making her every bit of the princess that the theme of the wedding gave tribute to.  "Beauty and The Beast", one of Lia's favorite movies.  Dressed in yellow the bridesmaids looked radiant in the soft pastel color that flowed beautifully in the breeze. But young Lia adamant about being "Ring Security" instead of a flower girl or ring bearer was dressed in a beautiful blue dress that complimented her sweet personality perfectly.

Red roses made an appearance decorating the trees around the family homes landscape, and delicately decorated the tables. 

Jessica's amazing ring continues with the "Beauty and the Beast" tribute. The design was inspired by Belle. And it truly does the princess justice! But this wasn't the only princess ring to make an appearance. 

In an emotional declaration during the wedding ceremony, Jessica took Lia's hand and spoke heartfelt vows, declaring all three of them a family. She then put a ring on Lia's finger a symbol of their neverending bond. This all happens while Cody watched his beautiful bride and sweet daughter; all while taking the moment in.

Family and friends looked on with a catch in their throats as the sweet moment unfolded. 

I feel so blessed to have been able to share in their beautiful day. And look forward to hearing what the future holds for this amazing family!
